You must be at least 18 years old to request services. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. Service Requests and Payment

– You agree to provide accurate details when requesting assistance.
– Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
– Prices will be disclosed upfront before service is rendered.

4. Limitation of Liability

RITARESCUE is not responsible for:
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
– Loss or damage to personal property inside the vehicle.
– Delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:
– Provide safe access to your vehicle for service.
– Ensure that your vehicle and location comply with safety regulations.
– Not misuse our services for unlawful purposes.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

– You may cancel a request before a technician is dispatched without charge.
– Once a technician is en route, cancellation may incur a fee.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to your original payment method.
